Middlesboro Equipment Manager Arrested for Allegedly Kicking Clay County Player After Game

Middlesboro High School’s equipment manager was arrested and charged with assault fourth degree (minor injury) after allegedly kicking a Clay County player in his, well, equipment after last weekend’s game.

Middlesboro High School football team’s equipment manager Wilford Shell, 61, was charged with Assault fourth degree (minor injury).
